Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@noblesseoblige-lingerie.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Fee
Please note that a €5 fee will be charged for each return to cover processing and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As outlined above, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your returned item, confirming whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the €5 return fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
