Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located above the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How do i track my order?
If available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What are the shipping rates?
Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg: Free
Germany, Austria & Switzerland: €9.95
Rest of the world: €12.95
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that a €5 fee will be
charged for each return to cover processing and handling costs. This fee
will be deducted from your refund.
How do i return my package?

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can i exchange my item?
Want to exchange an item? Return your original order and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the €5 return fee.
What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Within the European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or local delivery conditions.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
I have received a damaged item, or I'm missing an item. What should I do?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the
